Description
Cargo nets provide lifting solutions for loads that require secure containment while being flown by helicopter between pick up point to the worksite location.
Our cargo nets are proof load tested to comply with Australian and British Standards. We have designed and built our own unique testbed to allow us to destruction test net samples and proof load test each product. We issue full certification and compliance documents and we also provide re-certification testing, inspections and net repairs Australia Wide and in the Pacific Region.
How it’s Made
Our nets are made from high tenacity fibres nylon, polypropylene or UHMWPE. They are constructed of knotless, knotted, or sewn pocketed flat webbing materials.
The construction of a net can be with a fixed ridge rope or a drawstring ridge rope where the ridge rope or perimeter rope is either fixed or remains captive within the net mesh to allow the containment of items placed within the cargo net.
Uses
Utility helicopter operators, crane operators and construction projects requiring cargo nets of various sizes and load capacities will use cargo nets to secure loads where no other method lifting is available.

Net sizes can be flat square or 3 dimensional shapes.

Mesh Size: 200mm x 200mm, 250mm x 250mm, 50mm x 50mm, 65mm x 65mm, 100mm x 100mm
Twine, Rope and Webbing size: 5mm, 10mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 50mm Flat Webbing.
Netting Type
Polyester, Nylon, UHMWPE, Polypropylene netting in knotless and knotted construction. Webbing nets are sewn with rated stitch patterns.

Reflective and High Visibility Elements

Every item is tested to comply with Australian Standards for lifting equipment. Inspected, tested, labelled, tagged and ready for service.
