Description
An extra heavy duty rope, tools and equipment bag with features specifically designed for helicopter winching and rigging operations.
How it’s Made
Rip stop canvas, polyester webbing, UV treated bonded thread are used for the construction of this heavy duty fast rope deployment bag. Rated stitch patterns are used to provide secure lifting points for connection to a winch or other rigging. A draw string snout helps keep items safe and secure during flight.

Used for the secure stowage steel weight plates for use as a helicopter winch weight or rope, tools and rigging equipment while being raised lowered or flown.

Customisations & Options
Colour
Heavy rip stop PVC or Canvas is used in the construction of this bag. The base is constructed with PVC to ensure the contents remain dry.

Black, Grey, Green, Blue, Orange.
Dimensions
The diameter and height of the bag are selected to suit. If using rubber coated steel weight plates as ballast, 2 sizes are available.
Options
Base Diameter 320mm for 10kg -15kg plate weights and 440mm diameter for 20kg plate weights.

Reflective Elements & Custom Printing
Retro reflective ink printed on webbing can be sewn to the bag for easy identification at low light or night. Our unique process of printing allows for custom designs. Please enquire for more details.
Options
High visibility colour webbing with reflective ink, solid reflective colours, stripes, logos and other text printing is possible.
Work Load Limits
When used for winching, the capacity of the bag will be determined by the winch capacity. For the larger diameter bag, 600 lbs (280kg), and for the smaller bag, 300 lbs (136kg) of weight can be installed in the bag. Other sizes are available.

Proof Load Testing
Proof load tested to twice the work load limit as per recommendations from the Australian Standard for Lifting equipment. Documented and certified, tagged and inspected prior to introduction to service.
